Jess Bartlett has been a licensed industry professional since 1999 with experience as a MUA for runway, television, photography, bridal, and various industry shows. Since joining the TIGI BedHead team as a cosmetic educator in 2000, Jess has traveled all over the United States applying make-up for high profile industry fashion shows and also educating other MUA in techniques and trends.

Jess is a freelance MUA based in New Jersey providing services in NJ, NY, & PA. She is also available for travel outside the tri-state area. Versatility of skills range from corrective - clean beauty to high-fashion fantasy make-up.
